LCA bushing replacement help

I need to replace the damper bushings on the rear LCA for my 98 civic. Is there any DIY's out there? or any one have done it before?

just get a socket that fits over it and hammer it out.

Note how far the bushing is in the arm.. then hammer the new one in.
