Yup they will fit...
but if ya are having trouble finding them
The H&R OE Springs are a great alternative...Use the Integra Application and they are a bit stiffer than the ITR which mean better handling...
dont worry you can use the Integra Application on your civic...it will work fine..

well at least that holds true in my case, but i would imagine that the itr is heavier than your 99

so does n e one happen to have any ITR springs, i just want a slight drop, i have the PROKIT from eibach, but i'm double thinking putting em in. Reason is because i want to be able to drive it comfortably in teh winter
