intake manifold

hey all..gotta B16 in my honda.. and i was informed i have a intake manifold from a smaller motor.. im assuming this is a restriction on my motor..
what i was wondering..is it worth sourcing the the B16 intake manifold or would it be smarter to simply get something more performance inclined or maybe from another B series motor?

theres no way you have the wrong intake manifold on your car, b/c only the b16 or ITR intake manifolds fit the b16 head.
Unless you mean the intake tube (or short ram intake/cold air intake).
I couldn't see someone going through all the trouble of cutting the flange off the intake manifold and welding on the proper flange just to make the wrong intake manifold fit your engine.

The intake manfold is perfect theirs not wrong with it. I would bother upgrading it either if your motor is stock.

theres nothing wrong with his intake manifold....he was just under the impression that he had the wrong one.
Maybe your mechanic meant the intake tube....b/c the one in the picture is rediculously short....takes the term short ram intake to a whole new level....lol.
