Installed vafc on my obd0 pr3 b16 - need some help

Installed vafc on my obd0 pr3 b16 - need some help
Well I got everything spliced and split in but when I turned the ignition on I got 0 volts from my pressure sensor and my rpm's didnt register. Here's where I wired those.
Pressure Signal = white wire to the vtec pressure sensor and yellow wire to the b5 pinout. Is this correct?
RPM signal = I spliced this into the VSS (b16 pinout). The only 2 other places i tihnk this may go is into b15 (Ignition output signal) or b20 (ignition timing adjusting).
Any help here would be great since I'm pretty much lost here. thanks!
