Actually, the electric pearl blue Honda Civic Si that I owned (1992 HB) and drove to BC took me about $140.00 worth of gas from Burlington, Ontario to Victoria, BC

This is a trip that is in excess of 3,000 kilometers.

The car was loaded with two people, and just about everything I owned at the time... (computer, TV, lots of heavy stuff).

So yeah, Si's are kinda gas sippers.. I figure it would have cost at LEAST 500.00 in gas in my Jeep

Regards,
OK
Then imagine what kinda mile I was getting on my CX - 1.5l, no vtec, 8 VALVES - bahahahahaha...I had that motor for like 6 years - think I filled it twice.

Yeah the little D15's are the best! I was getting over 600 km per tank, city and highway driving, until the motor started acting up... check engine lights, oil burning, coolant burning, etc. etc....

my cousins B20B hatch gets anywhere from 300 to 350 KM per full tank...not sure how much the tank fits but it's a 93 DX...no matter how hard he tries he just can't get more then 350kms...he runs stricktly ultra94...

I'm guessing that my over 2.0L vtec revvin to 8.5K on a regular is gonna be a friggen gas guzzler!!!...and the RC 310cc/per minute injectors aint gonna help

for all you future F/Iers...yall are gonna envy the gas mileage of a 5.0L stang

b20

My mom gets about 400-500 with a full tank of gas in her crv. It's got a b20z in it and the gas tank is about 50 litres I think. But then again, the crv ain't particularily aerodynamic or lightweight

Not if you're running a turbo.... 200km/ tank... So that's like 20L/ 100kms.. You can actually watch the needle drop.

Even 440 sucks for a CX, you must be redlining every gear.

Well regardless, you're not a hybrid, so stay out of this thread!

I vote they make that a song...

"Boost is just a tap away"..

It should become a drinking song, involve lots of talk about naked women, sleezy sex and fast 92 black hatchbacks.

Regards,
OK

It could be a whole CD compilation with other great sonegs as:

- My hybrid runs 12 flat
- 1320 is a long way when you are SOHC
- You broke my heart and my tranny.

I imagine it all in a country song kinda twang...
