gsr head

i have a gsr head i want to put cams in it is a ctr cam better than a itr cam in my gsr head? or what about a b16a cam

ctr cams and itr cams are the same, but the intake cam from the CTR set has a little longer duration that the ITR cam. Some ppl use CTR intake and ITR exhaust.

unless you are getting the cams for like 250-350 then I wouldn't put them in, because you could spend the money on a set of stage 2 cams... the skunk2s usually go for like 550 or so on the site used and you will def yield more power.

also ensure to do dual-valve springs and titanium retainers or something if you wanna rev past the stock rev limit otherwise you will get valve float and well, over-revving usually is the cause of bent valves... so.
