Good performance shops

Anyone know any good performance shops in the ,
Brampton, Woodbridge, Etobicoke area's

I need to get some performance springs installed but dunno where to go and who to trust

RTMotorsport is behind the Walmart on HWY 7 by the 400. 56 Pennsylvania Ave. Unit #17 (two lights north of Jane and highway 7) I have known the guys for years and they are a great bunch to deal with.
