i use castrol syntec (full synthetic)
i changed last 2 times at about 4-5 Ks
i guess im gonna keep the oil for longer now..

SAE 30 in the summer.....10w30 in the winter.

help - i just switched to amsoil a little while ago - it runs nice and all but is it ok for the winter?
