Every fuel system needs a fuel pressure regulator. For example if a fuel pump pushes 100psi and the engine requires 45psi, you
need that regulator to bring it down. Now the return line comes
in to return that extra 55psi of fuel back to the tank and relieve some of that pressure. You can never have too much pressure out of the pump, just you have to have a regulator. With stock pumps, the b&m adjustable fpr is fine, but i've seen it ****up
with higher fuel pump pressures. It couldn't hold down the pressure enough. On all honda's (pretty much) the regulator is on the fuel rail.

And yah your right stock fuel rails become a bottle neck, once your pressure gets to a certine point... not sure how much the stock rails can handle... Im pretty sure its nothing to worry about with the averge boost on stock internals.
