I was looking at putting sway bars on my '93 del sol S and found 2 options from suspension techniques for the front.

The first option is a 19mm(3/4") bar for del sol's that don't have a stock front sway bar.

The second option is a 25mm(1") bar for del sol's that come stock with a front sway bar such as an si.


Does anybody know why they recommend the second one only for del sol's with a stock sway bar?

I ask because I would much rather buy the 25mm over 19mm.
