Etest question...
I'm renewing my sticker and am getting my test done tomorrow.
I did a tune up yesturday and the car runs amazingly smooth. In having a swap, do they rate it as an si?

My buddy's shop has to send it out and he knows what I have.
I guess I'll just have to see.

Its only considered a "hot rod" if that year car was never offered with the engine u have in it. Say a GSR engine in a 95 civic, that would be considered a hot rod. But if u put a b16 in a 99 civic dx it wouldn't be considered a hot rod because the SIR was offered with a b16. Or if u have a d16z6 in a vx hatchback its not a hot rod cause the si's came stock with a d16z6.

I had a B16 in an EG and when I did my etest, they tested it as an Si and I passed. You should be fine. Just boot your car around on the highway right before u bring it in for the test.
