CTR muffler

does anyone know a website/person/shop that sells or can get a hold of a CTR muffler???.... i dont want cat-back, rear-section would be cool, but i mainly want the muffler.... can be new or used (new would kick butt)

or you coudl make it easier and go to a acura dealership and get a ITR muffler, other than that you live in california home of mad tite jdm vtec wannabies so.

shoudlnt' be to bad jsut call up a dealership will take liek 5 minutes max to fine out.

acura dealers

just so u know all acura dealerships are comptech dealers
and the best acura to go to would be woodbine hwy 27 and rexdale

WAY too far of a drive buddy... there is a honda dealer and an acura dealer like 2 blocks from my workplace.....down here in california

Jason, you find out yet what the ITR muffler would go for? I'm looking into the sam thing, if the ITR is too expensive, then my 2nd choice will be SiR muffler.

i dont want aftermarket.... i just want a stock looking muffler... by buddy has a CTR one on his car and i love it

Can the ITR muffler fit on the 5th gen hatch...? I heard there was clearance issues.

nothing that a competent exhaust shop can't tweak, I've saw plenty on 5th's and 6th's but I'm sure they needed some slight tweaking which is nomal for exhaust work

ok i went to the acura dealer and a USDM ITR rear section brand spanking new is $250+tax

The ITR muffler is a very tight fit on a 5th gen hatch.

I have one on mine... You have to make a custom axle pipe generally and change the anchors around because it's about 1-2 cm from hitting the rear calipre. On top of that it's gonna hit the top frame, so the exhaust does sit pretty low (looks huge out the back) AND, you may require cutting a bit of the rear bumper inner lip.

I'm sure it can be done cleaner, but again it's about how competent the installer is..
