I can't believe this thread isn't closed yet. This topic has seriously been argued to death. However... the intake that is said to make the most horsepower is in fact an sri... not just any, but Weapon R, several all of the big names names were tested sri and cai alike and weapon r's was ranked the best. And yes you can argue that when on a dyno the hood is opened with fans on it blah blah blah, and then someone else will say air circulates under the hood when you drive. Then somebody else will say that it's not as much as what the fans are making and that will have a huge effect on its power making abilities blah blah blah. This is the way it goes everytime, and everytime it gets closed... just as this one will be.

same thing...
if you want help choosing, do this, do u wanna be smart and knowledgable, get an sri, if you wanna brag about how i have a fast cai, then get a cai.
thyell both do the same thing. and to further clear things, no one brand is better then the other. if you look at the physical aspects of an intake, its a tube with a cotton filter. how can you improve on something that simple? dyno #'s from manufacteurs dont mean much as they are not all tested in the same conditions so u cant compare them.

Summary: pick one, its all the same.

Thats like saying all tires are the same cause they are all just round pieces of rubber with tread on them
