AEM, Iceman, PRM... take your pick.

Also, do a search, there was a discussion no so long ago about intakes.

Depends whether you want bottom or top end power.
For a cai, go with one of the ones bbarbulo said. (my pick would be aem)
For a sri, go with a cheap one and throw on a k&n filter.

Go with a generic Cold air intake,

any generic intake will work as well as any AEM but at more than half the price..

an intake is an intake..no need to pay the big money for name brands when no-name or generic intakes do they exact same thing...

HKS style??? why knock off a part that's only like $40. Get the genuine thing, or a Greddy one.

displacement = torque

you won't be able to much more torque just from a little 1.6.

Only other thing that can give you NOTICABLE torque increase is a turbo.

if you have a short ram already then get a custom made extension piece or jsut get a cheapo cold air intake..I'm nto a fan of short rams personally...and it wont' make huge hp but give a horse power or 2 with better throttle response and make your car sound "cooler"...and I hate the hks and greddy peices they dotn' trap dirt worth **** and arnt' reusable...get a k&n and oil it...a foam fiter wont' do anything if it isnt' oiled to trap dirt...trust me I know

if you have teh y8 vtec engine, the edelbrock "performer" turbo kit is amazing it is one of the most "complete" kits ive ever seen

if you have the z6 go for APEXi or greddy
