car is sluggish .....HELP

I have a 1993 delsol with D16z6 motor. I have recently installed a comp cam 59300 and I changed my water pump and timing belt at the same time with aem cam gears. After that was done, I went out for a test drive and it was amazing, very smooth and v-tec kicks hard. 1 day later, the water pump failed and it was leaking coolant so I went back to replace it and then I don't know if the timing belt is put on wrong but when I reve the car, it takes forever to rev to the redline. The car revs much slower and I feel it lost 50% of its power.

Do anyone know what is wrong..??

Also, does anyone know where I can get my apexi vafc2 tuned and set right cuz I don't know how to set the settings right for my car.

D16z6
Comp Cam Zex 59300
4-2-1 header
hi-flow cat
2.5" full exhaust
CAI
62mm TB
62mm intake manifold
apexi vafc2 (not setted yet)

Please help as my car is running slower than a stock cx now .....
Is the timing wrong ..??
I already set my cam gear at 0.

there is a timing mark on the crank pulley line it up with the timing mark on the timing belt cover, then take off the cover that is over the cam gear and look if the timing marks are even with the top edge of the head. if not the belt is off a tooth or so gosh it could be of 180 degrees and run i believe. where did you get the belt done?

yeah check the timing for sure.
As for tuning the vafc2 you are going to have to go to the dyno.

Is that place any good? do the specialize in Honda's/imports? Most places in Markham I have been to do domestics and can't fix an import worth shyt. Let me know.. been looking for a decent place in Markham just to get a tune up done.
