A nail in the radio will probably cause it to arc and short out the radio. Its a fire hazard. But since when did BF start making radios I thought they made radials. LOL

But if its a nail in the radial it depends as to where it is. Generally sidewalls cant be fixed but if its in the tread you can plug it and it will be fine. No reason to buy a new tire.

Literally everyhwere will do this for $20. Any tire shop, mechanics shop, chain like Midas or Canadian Tire.

Canadian Tire, go at a not-so-busy time...give the guy like $5 or $10 cash and he should do it no prob, and it will be done right, ie. tire taken off rim.

Get a proper patch put in...like what he said^^

They take the tire off the rim and put a professional patch in, like a 2" patch.......not those silly 'jam the rubber plug in the hole and cut it off flush with the tread' patches....those are crap.

^^ I've worked at many shops that used these plugs, and from experience, I've seen alot of them start leaking again...

They work...they're just not the best way to patch a tire thats all...
