Anyone in the Hamilton Area care to help me out?

Okay heres the deal.

I have a 88 crx si with a b18c swap.

Latley When it try and hit vtec i get a code22 and it goes away after i reste the ecu. Well now it wont go away. Car runs light junk idles funny safemode etc. Now i rewired vtec, reset ecu, did everything i can think of. I get the code all the time, not when i try and hit vtec. As soon as i start the car 5 sec later it pops up.

I want to know if anyone has a Obd1 Vtec ecu i could borrow for 2 min to test out see if i still get the code.

I dont want to buy a new sensor if the ECU is faulty.

Im In Hamilton Ontario East mountain.

Thanks!
