I've had alot work done at Altech , other than some minor problems that were fixed at no extra charge. I could say my
experiences with Altech were good so far.

There is no technician that's perfect, if a problem occurs that's caused by human error it should be absorbed by the shop and not the customer. This was the policy that Altech did for me.

Presently, there is no one else that I feel I can trust other than Joe to fix any technical problems that may arise with my Civic.

ok, so there is good and there is bad.
hopefully some of these problems get Altech to fire some of the idiots they have working there and hire some better help. ppl who won't screw up bolt on installs and stuff.... or foget to torque lug nuts.
