alignment q's

when i go around corners ever since i put my new suspension in my front dirver tire squeels even goin at slow speeds(like 25-30k)... will a simple alignment fix this prob?
also my new setup is a true coilover setup, and i havnt decided what setup i like yet. i dont have to do an alignment every time i change the heght or spring preload do i?

btw, my suspension set up is
true coils
front upper/lower tie bars
rear upper/lower tiebars
spoon copy lcas
on steelies with all seasons

in the next little while i might get c pillar bar w the triangleation(sp) bar and maybe a floor bar...input/experience with those would be usefull

Dude get an alignment, they're cheap....especially compared to having to replace ur tires cause ur toe, caster, camber or whatever is off.
While on flat pavement does ur car pull to one side?
Does ur steering wheel shake at all?
