ABS after ITR 5 bolt converson?
#2
I doubt highly that ITRs came with ABS. If not, you have to scrap your ABS, it'll be to difficult to retrofit to the ITR knuckles. But if ABS did come on the ITR, then it's straight forward.
Thank God I never got ABS on the Civic. My Saturn has it, and my dad's VW has it... it's hella annoying, and you start relying on it - thus driving like a dumbass. Not saying you drive like that, just saying you don't need ABS.

Nothing wrong with ABS its actually pretty hard to activate under noraml driving conditions, or so I find. I've had my car for 3 years now and I've only ABS'd on dry pavement twice, both times were just to see how fast I could stop the car. Occasionally helps out in the wet, but again only when I'm really stopping fast or if there's a bump in the road or something. Its pretty inobtrusive except when theres lots of snow on the ground but heres a hint... if you want the car to do a snowplow stop (which at slow speed will bring you to halt quicker in snow than what ABS ) you can just pull the handbrake then the car doesn't know that its moving anymore.
