90 EF civic lower controll arm trouble need help!??

okay anyone who has done lower controll arms b4 i need your help!! i removed all the bolts from the disc, removed the sway bar link all i have left is it mounted on the subframe.... i removed the bolt 14mm nut but it seems inside the knuckle theres a tab somthing there wont let me remove the bolt and it is bending out the bracket... i cannot get the bolt out any suggestion's ...... i tried tightening the bolt back but i got some thread damage now this was all goin well untill i ran into this nightmare....

-Rob

my last hope is to use a grinding disc to cut it off and get a new bolt ... whatever is in there that stop's that bolt from comming out so stupid..

This makes no sense to me! Regardless i suggest cutting the bolt out.Almost half the LCA's i've removed have been through the cutting method. The bushings, bolt, sub frame all kinda rust together.
