3 wire IACV run with 2 wire ECU

Ok, so I just spent hella time trying to find this info. Every mook on Honda-Tech is saying you can't run a 3 wire IACV with a 2 wire ECU. This is for all mah D16Y7 peoples running Hondata and similar ECUs (OBD2a->OBD1 conversion). And this is how it's done:

"All you need to do for the IACV 3 wire to work with OBD1 ECU is:

On the OBD2 connector put a Jumper on terminals A12 to A14 and these connect to the A9 terminal on the OBD1 side. The third wire is A13 on the OBD2 connector and it goes to A23 on the OBD1 side. "

This is courtesy of an un-named poster. If anyone knows who this person is, lemme know so I can give him proper props like he deserves.

I agree...the people on HT are so stuck up, and if your question doesn't have JDM in it then no one wants to help. lol
However, there are some people who are willing to help and actually have the knowledge to help, but there is a lot of bunk advice on HT....unlike here on TCC.

zeeman, I like ***** like I like sushi - fresh

loudsubz, dingus is busy - he took the advice of my friend the kitty

dingus... K20 swaps are pretty hot. only reason this site isnt all about it, is cuz we're canadian and our $$ flow isnt' quite up to par. most of us can't even get a decent susp setup going. canada is weak, if we didn't have to pay so much tax, we'd all be 'bout the K20A swaps hella JDM. haha

Haha that's true I mean every other site it's like guy's with way to much money into their cars being all mad tite jdm ITB and getting someone else to do all their jdm approved mods. I think k20's aren't that good I'd rather do a budget lsV and pound a k20 into the ground. K20's = braggin rights and bling
