2000 Civic Rear sway bar Install

i got the factory sway bar in OK on my 2000 sedan but now the sway bar rubs (a bit) the exaust. I run a factory exaust, any thoughts on why it rubs. ?? does any one have pictures of the own???

maybe one of your exhaust hangers are worn or ripped ..
or your stab link is busted ..
