Not to plug business but FYI I was at Shine Japanese Used Auto parts yesterday (Oct 21) and they had an JDM EF front end from the rad support forward sitting on the floor. I didn't ask what it was price wise.
Their address is:
Midwest Rd/Midland ave in Scarborough between Ellesmere and Lawrence. I'm sure you find find it somewhere on the board.

Just attempting to lend a hand..again, not plugging.
