it is ment for an 88-89 that why it looks odd on a 90-91, it is a xenon lip, acctully quite nice when cleaned up

It looks kind of odd in that picture because that was when I first got it and was trying to work it out, it was not really adjusted right yet. I have it on now and it looks nice, I am only selling it cause I need to pay for some other car ****.
