Item Descriptions
P28 ECU from 92-95 Civic VTEC, has been chipped by Neetronics, so the socket is already installed saving you lots of cash on labor. With the socket installed the ECU is ready for basic ECU tuning, HONDATA, etc. Perfect condition and perfect solder job between the socket and motherboard. ECU can be run with an OEM program for normal engine setup or until the time when you are ready to get your car modified, or of course, you can put in a performance burned chip for your own custom modifications.
