Kicker 12" Comp Subwoofer (05C124)
Polymineral Cone: This high-performance composite material features an Inverted Structural Dome (ISD™) that delivers added strength and reduces distortion.
Double stitched surround: The heavy-duty surround offers greater durability and prevents the cone from separating even under heavy usage.
300 Watts peak power: Rattle your windows and mirrors with plenty of hard-hitting bass.
Sturdy construction: Heavy-duty nickel-plated terminals and sleeved lead wires keep the power flowing and the two-piece vented pole piece and backplate keeps everything running smoothly by reducing heat and stress on the cone for better movement.
Enhanced Basket and Motor Assembly: The high-strength, steel basket offers a sturdy foundation to reduce distortion and improve bass output. The low-profile design makes it easy to install in just about any application.
Multiple installation options: This subwoofer can be used in a ported or sealed box. It can also be used in a free-air installation where it is mounted to a board that is attached to the rear deck or seat and uses the air in the trunk to produce sound.

The subs brandnew in box and hasn't been used. Still have the manual for it. Its obviously 100% mint and no sctatches or anything on it. still in wrapping. I bought it from preformance world and paid $140 for it. Should have the orignal recipt somewhere...
