i'm selling a full bulb and ballast set off a 2002 acura tl

it comes with 2 panasonic ballasts and to osram xenarc bulbs

this will not be plug and play with a civic - u'd need to rebase the bulbs to fit (not hard) or get your own h4 bulbs and use these ballasts

im interested here and i have a civic. ... what do you need to do to rebase the bulbs???? or where can i do and how much to do that??

you need to basically take the mounting ring off a normal h4 bulb and put it on this bulb

it's not the easiest project.....otherwise buy a retrofit kit

and my pm box is now empty
