FS: GSR blades w/Fuzion ZRi

I am selling my Civic and am considering selling the GSR blades seperately. The rims are in near-mint condition and come with almost new Fuzion ZRi tires in 205/50/15 size.

BTW: I'm curious as to why people always preface their lowball offers with words along the lines of "I got CASH" or "I'll pay you $xxx CASH" ... obviously it's going to be cash, what else would you pay for the item with? It's not like any used parts are being sold on this forum where the seller accepts credit or debit!?
