FS: 98 Civic Si, Lots of show mods.. MUST SELL!

I'm going to try this one more time..
Ok, Here's the deal I've decided to take a loss on my car and not part it out, I dont plan on getting nearly anything back in mods. I have $6000 CDN in mods, I think a bit over 5k CDN payed out so thats 11,000 CDN Total I have into it so far, I bought it for 15,500 CDN approx 1 year ago, There is still $9500 buyout owing. I'm willing to take just $6000 out of the 11k I have into it and you get your own loan from your bank for the rest of the $9500 and buy it out, That would make your monthly payments Uber cheap because it's no longer a $15,500 loan, it's now a $9,500 Loan. Unless you have the money to pay without getting a loan, that would be good also.

I'm Located in Windsor, Ontario, PM me if you want any more info, or want to see it.

Civic Si
5-Speed
Power Everything, Sun Roof, Cruise.. ect
Air Conditioning..

I only had it for a year so this is what I was able to get on it in that time, I wanted to do a engine swap so I left the engine stock except for a cone filter

List of mods are:
-Complete 99-00 front end style swap with brand new stock 99-00 fenders, the car was not in a accident, I was just replacing everything and decided to do a front end conversion
-Full Buddy club kit
-CF Hood
-G3 Projection Lights
-Custom Interior
-Custom front and back wrapped seats - (This alone cost $1700)
-Intake
-Ractive Exhaust
-Ractive short shifter
-Coilovers
-Aftermarket mirrors
-Stock Radio
-All the paint and bodyshop work for the body kit is probably ~1000+ but I really dident include it.

Thanks for the comments guy's.
The seats are stock seats that got sent out to be professionally wrapped. It cost about $1700 or somewhere around there for the front and back, they are done perfect, the quality is so good I'm alsways asked if they are stock.
I ripped out the interior and painted it myself, I used to work at a paint shop so I did a good job on it.

I want 6000 for the car because I have 11k into it. 9500 is still owing.. so really I want $15,500 but to make it easier on most people who dont have that much money around I'm setting it up so you can get your own loan or take over my loan and pay off the 9500 but I want just 6000 that goes to me out of the 11,000 I have into it so far. Hell, I'm willing to go a bit less on the 6000 because I'm getting a new car and I need this gone, I'm loosing out a hell of alot but whatever..
But I would suggest getting your own loan to pay off the rest of the car because it will be for a $9500 loan instead of a $15,500 and that means the payments will be even cheaper.
Anyone still confused?
