the motor has 138000 kms on it... still runs great no problems starting in the winter, not modified at all. No burning oil, is still in car right now. The motor will be coming out next week because i am putting in a dohc motor. SO this motor comes with everything that is not needed once i swapped the new motor in. SO definitely the motor, tranny(all gears are fine), ecu, harness, etc
