Post D16 turbo kit
hey i have home made d series turbo kit for sale

copmlete kit
Hf manifold
adapter plate
turbo from a jdm mazda mpv
filter
oil lines wtih fitting
coolant lines
tapped oil pan
Fmu
intercooler
passat bov
msd blaster coil 2 with cap

$600

this setup did a 14.0 untuned on street tires in my crx.

what condition is the turbo in?

and what else would be needed ( if it would fit ) an EL?

its in good condition onlky used for one season.
no its not on the car .

yes it can fit an el but u will have to get anohter oil pan tapped.

yes it fits ZC .. thats what i had it on ,.

still availible ?? my friend has a ZC swap in his car.... does this come with EVERYTHING that he'll need to turbo his ZC, if not what else does he need ??

YES everything in list uptop ,,.
even comes with MSD blaster coil 2 and cap..

doesnt matter if it was only used for 1 season, i have seen turbos go in a matter of a day...
so the question is, any shaft play, and how are the fins? no dents etc...

Passats never came with BOV, for that matter no volkswagen turbo car came with a BOV, only DV

same price with or wihtout coil =)

turbo is fine no shaft play, the fins are in mint shape

not even the passat diseal

passat bov's are made by bosch ...its stock on my friends 1.8t and its not of very good quality!

diesel's have no throttle plate therefore no need for a BOV.
