99-00 Civic Bumper $20.00
Fog lights holes have been cut out... and there is a crack at the bottom where the grill is that can be covered with a lip.
My car came with this bumper and I just replaced it with a new one.
Please dont ask 100 questions..its $20.00 Buy it and repair it or use for track/spare bumper.
