you can't transfer a car into someone elses name without ownerhip.

Do yourself a favour go to the MTO and a replacement.

go to MTo and run the vin ownership shoudl be obtainable...why woudlnt' it have it...how lazy can someone be in the past to not go get a new one... ...theift recovery..??? or stolen either one...????

if it isnt' stolen then how can you prove it isnt'...you need to go to the MTO and runt eh vin...or something...either way if you want a quick feild car to fart aroudn in then this is a key car here..lol

you guys and pritty funny, u can sell a car with out an owner ship all those cars u see called "parts car" ya most of them dont have owner ships... cars deffinetly not stoleden, i bought the car off some dude who was planin on swapin the motor into a new shell, but his plans fell through... i drove the car to get a etest and the cops pulled me over and impounded it, they did a compleat investigation and got a hold of the previouse owner and she said she sold and so the cops came to the conclusion that the guy who bought it and put the motor in just never put it into his name...and for the mounts they r cut and welded but the motor has 0 vibrations and runs mint, only needs a vtec sensor... the body is decent but windshilds cracked and some of the white paints turnin inda yellow, and its funny how many of u say its a joke to try and sell it like this cuz ive had quite a few offers, the reason its not gone yet is because i was goin in order of people who want it and the last guy was bein a dick and tryin to low ball... i bought the car for 1700 and got a 2.5" stainless exaust that i got of a crx the just needs to be lengthened and put on and i wont even say how much i got that for cuz i just screwed myself overe on that! so if u have nothin nice to say just keep it to your self

oh ya and to get the ownership id have to write the ladie a letter who was the last registered owner and she doesent want to be bothered, the cops told me that one her adress is for like markem and she lives in like noth york or something stupid like that..... i just dont have the time for this car and i need a car for the road asap..

Well I gotta say Slightlymodifie gave a pretty good explanation of why and how he got this car. As much as a lot of people love to jump to conclusions on here, the deal did seem a bit fishy haha. In any case its a good deal. I hope you sell her... but a truck!? come on, no one needs a gas guzzling truck unless they need it for work or something

thanks man... as for the truck i love layin frame man, and in a car im to stupid ill kill my self i know that, if i got a car that can go fast i will so im just removing the temptaion... thats about it
