1 owner, absolutely no accidents. Car has been maintained according to Honda specifications (receipts available). Oil changed every 5000kms, Ultra 94 octane used only. Car has been rust proofed at Krown every year, and the body kit has never seen winter. Original bumpers, hood, wing and rims have been kept in storage. Balance of factory warranty is available on the car. Never been raced/tracked or abused whatsoever. Comes with all the standard options any ep3 would (pwr windows, locks, mirrors[heated], sunroof etc…). Car has been babied and taken care of since day 1. Anyone that knows me, knows how meticulous I have been with this car. Best JDM awards received at CSCS and Sport Compact Invasion last year, and the car was featured as one of Canada’s top 15 imports at the 2005 AutoShow. Over $20,000 invested into the car (not including labour and paint). $25,000 OBO or $14500 OBO and take over the finance of $355.32 per month until April 2008 (if your credit approval goes through). Will not part out unless absolutely necessary or until I have a firm buyer for the car that wishes to have most of the mods already on it. Car will be fully detailed before delivery.
