Call me crazy, but last night as I drove pass the Police station on Major Mac / Yonge, I asked myself, why not have a car show at one of their parking lots? No business venues, no advertisement (well, I am not sure if that is possible), just a car meet to show that us tuners truly wish to work with the Police force on cracking down the nonsense that some of the bad apples that has caused the bad attention lately.
If Police parking is not available (which I doubt it would be for public use), then we could have a show meet nearby a Police station. Police are people too, some of them are into cars and classics and whatnot.

We need a calender liwsting all events wether we are doing them or not. We need to get back to the commitment we had 2 years ago(this is not directed at you Mandie, something about a wedding got in the way LOL)
And I know some people won't like it but I really think we need to NAME the show team, not just TCC show team, and maybe even a little extra for the really hardcore people.

How about a show team with different stages...like classes almost. Stage 1-5....5 being the most hardcore. For example, I would be Stage 2...so, it would read TCC Stage 2 Creations or Designs etc. Someone like Jake would be Stage 5 and so on. Then on particular shows that you want a better presense for, you can invite only stage 4-5 show team members. But, in order to do so, you would need to establish a guideline as to decide which member falls into which category.
Same can be said for the Race Team. Depending on your level of experience and how the car is outfitted, place each in an appropriate category.
What do ya think? Any thoughts?

It would definately help distinguish each other's cars and help those who are serious about tuning their cars, to strive to reach the next level and so on. Coming up with the criteria is pretty simple since we already have experience from other shows to help define this criteria. I've always thought being apart of a show team, meant that something was done to the car that was not offered from the factory. With this idea implimented, we'd be able to distinguish between a lightly modified vehicle from a heavily modified vehicle. I've prepared a sample criteria for each stage that we can judge from. If you'd like to see it, I'll send it via email at your request.
