Yea I don't know what it is, but a majority of guys splooge on their screen when they read and assume their is a female on the other side of the screen. I think everyone here at some point made a flirtatious or playful comment to the actual female users of this board .
IF they messed up your car you should do the following. Being in retail I know how things work when filing a compliant and getting what you want (especially for reimbursement) . Always start an interaction with someone on a polite and friendly approach. The moment they tell you no (or give you a response which sums up how they will do nothing for you) be abrasive and loud. Be sharp with them as they'll only waste your time unless they give you the answers you want. Ask for the Manager immediately. As your waiting talking loudly to yourself about the situation your in, i.e. Wow, I get my stereo installed and now my ac light doesn't work. How experienced are these guys! The goal is to make surrounding customers loose faith in the business and walk away. These puts a high rush on the manager to see you along with force on getting your problem resolved in your favor.
The moment you meet the Manager it's back to sunshine and lolipops attitude. You are again very polite and friendly to the Manager. Explain the position your in. Maybe get alittle emotion and empathy from the Manager. "Man I need this to work like how it did when I brought it in her. It's my girlfriend's car and her voice is ringing inside my head because I get bitched out everyday as to why this isn't working" (OR something to that affect).
This type of scenario has never failed me with a company that prides themselves on customer service (or atleast promote like they give a **** about it) These companies have too much money invested, that if you made a large enough stink they'd loose a million.
If of course the Manager refuses to fix or satisfy the issue. Request his Superior's Contact and The Regional Manager's contact. Explain that you will send them email's regarding this issue along with a letter to the BBB. I have never had to go to this point (mainly the issues were never that big) but it is an option.
Fight for yourself. Get that **** worked out.

never go to best buy to get stereo equipment put in,overpriced and most of thos guys dont know shitt! i do it all myself or go to a family run sound shop in ajax for help
