Sweet....TEgo...if both my passengers come...I'll borrow your cam....but aparently we're entering in waves....so I'll talk to Michelle about getting in first so we can tape our entrance from inside the show....tape our competitors......and with chris_si98's cam we can get an in-car view...Chris...would you mind rolling in last so that your cam can see us all inside?????

I AM going to need co-operation fromt he entire team tho on this. I'm gonna need about a 5-10 min delay before our first wave. That way I can drop off my passengers tehn regroup with the team for entrance.
I'm hoping Michelle/Jeff/Buddah/Prophet and who ever else is a leader of each pack can help me organise the delay for drop-off.
If you guys could PM me or even post on here how you think it would be best to organise this, it would be greatly apreciated. I want this video to turn out right!!!!

I think this will make for a nice video if it works out well.. you could use a radio or phone and tell the leader of the first/next group when you're set up..

I don't know if your really taking into concideration the lines that there could be to get in.
Because there will be lines.

I don't know if anyone has every been to St. Thoma but it is a very small place.

So we are not going to be able to just drive in.
On top of that we will have to wait for a place to park.

And if we come in waves....its going to take atleast 20 minutes for each way to come in.

we should also get one of us cruising together, or leave a camera man behind and get him to tape us leaving the final meet, then we stop down the road so someone can pick him up and we continue on our way lol

If you don't want to wait the 5-10 min for me and anybody else to drop off passengers then don't.....feel free to enter yourself......but I think the team may get a little pissed if you don't roll in with us.

To me...that doesn't sound like you're totaly up for it. I'm also basing this on Montreal when you didn't want to wait for a couple guys to take a leak. So I'm just assuming (I may be wrong) that you wont want to wait for me and whoever else to drop off passengers. If I 'm wrong i'm wrong. It's up to you if you want to wait. I personaly don't care.
BTW....I know this sounds testy....but i'm just tired and dealing with some domestic issues.

it won't be hard, even with lineups it won't be a problem as we are meeeting b4 the track and will be i line already... thus no waiting, i think it be best to just meet and roll in as an entire group... and should be fine...

You pay the spectator fee at the gate (or if you are racing, those fees) The show and shine you register and pay after you park.

It will be a long wait if we cruise all at once (trust me we did 20 cars October last year)

At the gate they ask you if you are racing or spectating, collect money for what you are doing and send you on your way. You register after that. If you are racing you register at inspection, other than that you register for the show and shine at the CSCS booth.
