Its basically a big parking lot. You roll in and you just park in a line one after another so if you want to be parked beside someone, you have to roll in together one after the other.

No!! i think a few of us were depending on your talent skills on detailing!! From what i know and from reading the rules and regulations that we had to roll in before 8 and majority of everyone is meeting at 245 at sherway gardens? Then we have majority of the night to clean and get the cars ready for the next day?

Sorry guys.
It was not my responsibility to arrange detailing services for members at the show. I gave a discount for entry, submit all entries, and those who could help with the booth have let me know and I have arranged entrance passes for them. That was the scope of what I agreed to do.

So unless I was contacted for this specific purpose it is my understanding that arrangements were made between the specific members and you for your services.

Sorry for trying to LEND a hand to the members. I'm out.

**Unfortunately, it looks like I won't be able to get off of work but for those that wanted detailing. PM me and I'll provide info for a quick/easy way to get the wet shine look...really good for the indoor shows.

Again, I am really really sorry for this inconvenience.

Freddy

So, let's have it then...

Time: 2:45pm

Place: Sherway Gardens (QEW & 427)

Brings your FRS's so we know where everyone is and laggers can catch up to make sure we all end up showing together.

I won't be showing but, I will be there to lend a hand for those with detailing issues and whatever other issues that may occur.

Let's create a list of people who will be going to Sherway Gardens. Remember people for those coming from the far west and east ends, this will be the beginning of rush hour traffic so, please set a time early enough to get through traffic and get to Sherway for the designated time.

And if anyone from the east end wants to cruise up to Sherway with me, let me know below beside your name and I'll PM you a meet place for us to hook up if you're fuzzy about getting to Sherway Gardens.

Have I missed anything?

I can leave work at 12 30, I have 4 hours to spare. What do we have to bring for detailing? I will clean and wash my car on Thursday night the best I could. I hope we don't have to pop the hood cause it is dirty and not show quality haha

if you can, try and pick up some micro fibre cloths...either meguiars or the canadian tire simoniz ones...basically any micro fibre cloths. Be sure to wash them first and no not use fabric soften to dry them. Also, it would be nice if you could bring some speed detailer. I've got some wax still for those who might need it. Interior is up to you. Depends if you want the shinny or mat look.

I'll be there before hand to lend a hand with roll in. I have some tire shine and Quick Detailer in my car. Where in Sherway are you going to meet Buddah?

Dont forget your cloths like Buddah mentioned, windex/glass cleaner, tire shine, any build pictures of your car, quik detailer, anything you can think of to clean your car

and Charles, I would clean your engine bay, they will make you pop your hood to look, you'll get points deducted for a dirty bay, if you can even clean where they will see that should be good enough

Remember too to bring tools to disconnect your batteries!

Tools is a good reminder. I will do so.

Mandie, I am not entering my car to win anything, do I have to pop my hood? Unless this will affect a Team Award or something along that line?

Do we disconnect our batteries on Friday night before we left, or Saturday morning?
