i ran 16.4 with a D15B7 non vtec w 17" rims. I also hit 16.0 consistantly with a Z6 stock in a CX civic hatchback with the 17s, so if you add some bolt ons smaller rim setup you COULD hit the mid 15s .

Bench racing is gay!....There are so many varibles, how good of a driver is the first. What style EG???...CX or SI or EX. What size rims or slicks.
Somewhere in the high 15's I'd say, but you need to go find out for your'self.

These are all done by calculations, not by running them down the track.

^ we got a genious in the house!
We all were thinking that they borrowed a hundred or so cars and ran each one of them down the track.
