i just got my top mount maniold, i assembled everything together and relized how heavy it is.

now shoud there be some type of bracket to support the manifold from cracking especially under extreme temp

On our MR2 the home-made manifold we are using cracked an nearly broke off within a few weeks of use. I had to weld on a piece of bar-stock to brace it. Hasn't cracked since.

I'd say yes, but depends on how far out from the block the majority of the weight is.

What's the thickness of the piping? If it's pretty thick, it should be fine.

That looks like one nasty engine! Awesome!

its made out of schedule 40 stainless. 1 1/2"piping. they say dont need no bracket

i'd still brace it, its better to be safe than sorry. It pretty simple to make a brace (or two) for a turbo manifold.
