The car is bone stock with the exception of suspension. As far as I know its running y7 injectors. As far as history with this car is concerened I just bought it off of a relative a couple of weeks ago. I do know it was sitting in a field for a couple of months this winter but thats it. Thanks for the replies everyone. Good lookin out.

most times failing all readings is an indication of a cat problem. true they don't fail on their own. burning coolant, oil, running lean etc. most of the civics I've seen with failed cats are due to a crack in the exhaust manifold. it looks like someone blew a torch though it.

I think it sees air in the exhaust causing the o2 t read lean thus adding fuel. extr fuel + air in the manifold = hot. or it runs lean causing a lean misfire which sends unburnt fuel and air down the manifold. not 100% which one.

Update!Passed emissions with flying colors. I had the injectors tested and one of them wasn't firing properly which resulted in raw unburnt fuel coming out the exhaust. I had it cleaned, put a new Magnaflow Hiflow cat on, added some Methyl alcohol(gas line anti freeze) for good measure to the gas and she passed without issue.
