Need more details. What colour is the smoke? What does it smell like? What colour is the liquid? Clear or black?
How are the plugs? If you just got the car I would highly recommend checking distributor cap/rotar if it needs replacement. Just get some new plugs, aren't that expensive. Check plug wires for any damage. Replace fuel filter and do an oil change. Also wouldn't hurt to get a new pcv valve. Only about 5$.

If the car has sat for a bit it could be condensation on the inside of the exhaust system that is shooting out. Hence why it is cold and not hot like as if it came from the engine. Also, it will be black due to the carbon deposits in the muffler. My old teg used to do this on every start up in the morning when I parked it outside overnight.

Sorry I didn't go into deep detail.
The smoke is white from the muffler and from the engine.
No smell.

Thanks

Wait, the smoke is coming from the engine? That's not ok. It could be a an exhaust leak or some fluid leak that got onto the exhaust manifold and is evaporating. Any coolant leaks?
Also did you drive the car? Take it for a good boot around, when you come back check all fluid levels see if it dropped and if its still smoking.

I haven't drove it on the street yet. Due to no insurance yet.
Where would I check for coolant leak?
I just pretty much start the car and leave it on for like 5 to 10mins tops.

Does the driveway under the engine bay get wet? Rad top/lower hoses, does the engine seem wet?

White smoke from exhaust... could be burning coolant.. Bye bye head-gasket.

Is your coolant low?

If you're only running it for 5 minutes in the driveway and there is no smell or anything on the ground, sounds like condensation ???? Maybe an exhaust manifold gasket leaking too if moisture is seen there?? Wait till you can give it a good run and see what it does.
