Search is your friend. Been covered about a dozen of times. Depending on your power goals, you could just get a b18a1/b1 or B20 and that is actually quite fun to boot around streets. If aiming for 200whp then search this forum you will find plenty of information.

I think I asked this question about 3 times already also, lol
you can easily boost a stock d16 to 200whp.. but remember tuning is the key, so invest a good amount on a good tune.
I'd just buy individual parts for your turbo setup.. you could slowly just look around, (kijiji, craigslist, torontocivics, ebay)
Buy a good turbo/manifold/BOV/injectors and the rest you could pretty much find on ebay.

lol, well he mentioned building motor, for boost etc...........if he wants to cut corners and cheap out on a build (not saying he will w/e he wants to do is up to him) all he has to do is put together a generic turbo kit, slap it onto his motor and blow it up after a while and just go and put another D in there, they only cost like what $200-300

if you are asking these question, sorry to brake it to you, but you are not ready for this. do research and read as much as possible. turbod16 is a good place to start, honda tech has some good DIYs.

you think a B16 is big money and in the same sentence mention rebuilding your D16 plus boost. You really have no clue what is going on, like everyone else said.. do research.

get from wreckers a used b14t turbo, and a 88-91cx exaust manifold, get a bracket made to hook up the turbo on the manifold connect to exaust and add filter your rolling, dirt cheap! if you want to intercool it, get a used intercooler from a old audi 5000 take it and get it slightly modified (had it done for under $100) and some plumbing from home hardware and you got it intercooled! all for under $500 for sure!

you forgot about bigger injectors, higher volume fuel pump, colder spark plugs, chipped obd1 ecu and tuning....you know, all of the things that will help NOT blow up your car after you boost it lol.
