There are many variations to a built head and some of them that directly that can matter:

camshafts
valve spring pressures, compressed height, coil type
high compression valves or lower head cc valves
amount of port work done

The chances of someone having a cylinder head kicking around i am sure is highly unlikely your better off setting your self some goals and building one or have one professionally done.
