This is...silly.
Let's start with finding out what engine OP is using?
Because of few reasons, chip or tune on a stock engine is a waste of money and if you are racing you will not benefit much compared to the money you spend. Unless the engine is modified with internals such as cam(s) or pistons etc, there is no point in getting the car tuned. Moreover, if you will ever be using a chip, only use it when tuner uploads software for you during dyno tuning. Those drop in chips you buy online that promise better fuel economy and more power don't do anything good. Infact it can hurt your engine.
Now getting a new computer...is not worth it either, since you can just get an obd1 ecu such as P28 and plug it in with a jumper harness.
I actually have a b16 chipped obd0 ecu with unknown software. If you still decide to use a chip, lmk

sorry, but this is my first ever honda, and do not know much about it. can you also let me know what OP is?
Just to clarify, it is a 1.6L, Single OHC, ZC motor.
if you are going to use short forms , can you please also clarify what they are.
sorry.

You cant expect a ECU from another car to run your motor properly... If you want it to run good, get it tuned. Bottom end work, you can do head work, just don't port it as that will be noticeable if they get you to remove your manifold. You can get a b18b1 throttle body and a d16z6 intake manifold to increase your air intake as well as get a SI exhaust to open up the exhaust a bit. If they dont inspect the intake manifold, then go ahead and do some porting on the manifold and get a bigger throttle body off a bigger engine (b18c/h22a). Most of all, after everything is done bring it to a good tuner(zeeman, also known as andrew at High Velocity Tuning) and they can squeeze every ounce of hp out of that motor with it still being reliable. As for fuel injectors, h22a fuel injectors will keep you well fueled up to 211hp, and max out at 250 hp.
A all motor D series is expensive to get any real power out of it...check out D-series.org You can get high compression pistons to bump power also. Hope this helps, good luck with the cheating.
