sounds like the belt is slipping, a little loose. you can go to can tire to buy a can of spray to help with the slippage.

what other options do i have for that , could i just tighten the tension er or would replacing the belt be a good idea if not do i apply this spray on the belt itself

either one of the belts or the crank shaft pulley.
lol i had a vid of mine when crankshaft pulley was wobling.

wow that winds really loud mine isn't as loud as that one, im going to ask a mechanic to take a look at it hopefully it is something inexpensive to fix

well try moving the alternator/power steering/AC belts around if the are loose tighten them. i had to tighten my alternator belt once, i loosened the bolt thats ontop of the alternator on this slider kind of thing, stuck a broomstick in there and wedged it tight, then tightened the bolt. you can do the same for any belt tightening.

i will be sure to try that in the morning , when i tugged the belt it felt a bit lose so perhaps this is my problem

Very familiar with this and it is more than likely your alternator belt. Check em all for tension and condition. If the belt is damaged or appears overly streched replace it or your gonna loose it. If it seems good just tighten it. Alternator u'll need pry bar and a 12mm wrench. PS i believe u can do just with a 10mm socket and rachet. If its the same as a b-series its a matter of adjusting the tension screw on the PS pump.

the car dose not have power steering its is a jdm sohc zc vtec motor , but i will try all of these and hopefully one will work and if not time to see a mechanic

You just have a loose accessory belt. It wouldn't be a bad idea to give all 3 (if you have a/c and p/s) a tighten.

If you look at the belt and there are any cracks or rips in them whatsoever, it is time to replace them.
