Need some suggestions for an egine swap

i have 2000 Civic Si (Canadian Model)
im thinking of doing an engine swap. I wanna put a b16 motor in it. i was wondering if the engine can directly go in the car or do i have to get any other stuff?

Yes, but you must also swap transmission and axles. Might be a little wiring work but you should be able to just plug in a 99-00 SiR (US si model) ecu and you're done. Might have to change shifter linkage as well.

To be honest, if you get a stock, non-vtec b20z it will be just as fast for a lot less money.

But if you want performance and really good fuel mileage, the b16 rules.

^That would be interesting... Never seen a diesel civic.

A 4-rotor wankel engine would be neat...

Chev 350 in the trunk. Im sure there is a transaxle that would mount up to the motor.
