Yeah or ghey???
What do you guys think of these?
"Clear Guard Smoke Tail Light Overlay Kit. These kits fit the new 2006 Honda Civic Coupe LX, EX & Si. The kits are manufactured from a light smoke tinted 17-mil PVC vinyl with one side being laminated with a pressure sensitive adhesive. The kits have been computer designed and die cut for an exact fit. Two different kits are available; Solid Smoke Tail Light Kit and Smoke Tail Light Kit with Cutouts for the Back-up Lights."
They look like the taillights from the Civic Concept. I'd probably go for the ones shown in the photo with the cutouts for the back-up lights.

meh, waste of cash to me. those taillights look nice stock so i'd leave it alone. its not like that smoked tailight kit will make it stand out from other civics anyways, spend the dough of handling/go fast items or even a nice shift ****.

Looks alright, but I think it'd be more practical if it were clear and put on the headlights to protect them from stone chips. It'd probably be cheaper just to spray the taillights.

meh, if you like em, get em. But, like what was mentioned above, the colour of the car will have a big impact on how they look. If you have a darker grey or black coloured car, that would be the best suit. If it's like silver or something light like that, then i'd say nay.
But in the end, if you like the way it looks, get it.

2006 is the damn new body style.... be happy with the car as it is (more or less... hehehe) for now. thats a waste of money...if youve got access to a shop and you REAAAALY want smoked tails... try this: take clear, and add a LITTLE bit of black paint. sand/prep your tails, spray em.... there u go... smoked. with this stick on shiat, you can get bubbles over time, scratches, fading, so on and so forth. i definetley would NOT do it. i did clear my old lights tho with the black and it looked pretty good. anyway... thats enough out of me. your car.... your choice

For $65 USD I would rather go buy an EF winter beater.

I dont think it looks too bad. If red doesn't go well with the colour of the car (like if it was an orange car) then it might look better...But with standard colours like Silver, Black, White...the red corners provide a nice contrast.
