I plan on getting rims and tires for when the weather gets better.

I don't want cheap quality rims, and I don't want anything fancy, but I like the 9 spoke enkei style rims.

is there a good time to buy them?

and can anything tell me the price difference in regards to 15" and 16" in rims? the 16" rims would have to come with thinner tires which wear out quickly and cost a lot more?

best time to buy rims is in the winter because trhats when ive noticed they go for cheapest. People want rims in the spring/summer and thats when most people are looking. Not much of a price difference in between 16's and 15's, the tires arent that much more expensive for the 16's. I just say u check out the classifieds section and just wait till u find something u like.
